Character in video is visibly speaking but I hear no audio ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ

After generating your dubbed output, you may find instances where you can see the character in the video visibly moving their lips but no dubbed output comes out.

This issue takes place when the dubbed output is shorter than the original one.

Here are the steps you can follow to solve them:

  1. Go the to Editor

  2. Click on the "Target language" . Find the dialogue that's causing the issue. You will see a clock beside the text indicating there is a Gap, like the image below.

This means your dubbed output is shorter than the timestamp of the original dialogue.

  3. To fix this you have to be creative. You can use the editor to edit your translations in order to make it longer so it can occupy the full length of the original dialogue's timestamp.

  4. Once you finish editing the translations, go ahead and click on the 3 dots on the right corner of the dialogue and click on "Re-generate". This will trigger the regeneration of the dubbed output for that specific dialogue. If the duration of the new dialogue coincides with that of the original one, the gap sign will be disappear.
