How do I use the editor in Video Narration?

The Video Narration editor helps you add and edit voiceovers for your videos using AI dubbing technology.

It allows you to change text, manage dialogues, and sync audio with your video. You do not need any technical skills to use it.

Edit Text Directly: ✏️
Click on any dialogue text to edit it. You can fix spelling, improve sentences, or make sure the text matches the video exactly.
​Example: Change “gonna” to “going to.”

Add Dialogue: ➕
To add new speech or fix missing parts, place the cursor where you want the new text, right-click, and select "Add New."
​Example: Add “Welcome to the tutorial!” before or after the current text.

Delete Dialogue: 🗑️

To remove unnecessary dialogue or a mistake, click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of the dialogue and click on "Delete".

Merging Dialogue: ➕

If two or more lines of dialogue are separate but should be together, you can combine them. Choose the first dialogue that you want to merge and look for the option like "Merge" in the menu on the 3 dots. This will merge the current dialogue with the next one.

Example: Before: ⭐

​Line 2: "It's so much fun."

After Merge:
​Line 1: "I love video editing. It's so much fun."

Splitting Dialogue: ✂️

To split a long piece of text into shorter sections, you can copy the section you want to use for a new dialogue and use the "Add new" option to add a new dialogue and copy the text there. This is particularly useful for improving readability or timing.

Before:
​Line 1: "Editing transcripts is easy if you follow these steps."

After Split:
​Line 1: "Editing transcripts is easy"
​Line 2: "if you follow these steps."

Timestamps connect the script to the exact parts of the video where the dialogue happens.

You can click the timestamps next to the text and change the start and end times to match the video perfectly.

You can also adjust the audio waveform by moving, stretching, or shortening it to sync the narration exactly with the video.

Pick a voice style from available AI voices.

Use custom or shared voices for specific languages or tones.

Change voice after editing text to hear updates.

After processing your video in the original language, click the + sign next to it at the top.

Choose a new language from the list, and the AI will create narration in that language. This helps you reach more people! 🎧
