How to Upload a Video for AI Dubbing? 🎥
Step 1: Start a New Dubbing Project .🆕
Go to the Home page.🏠
Click on "Dubbing" or select "Dubbing" from the left menu.🎬
Step 2: Upload Your Media File. 📤
Upload directly from your computer.💻
Paste a YouTube link.📎
Paste a Google Drive link (make sure link sharing is set to “Anyone with the link”).🌐
💡File Upload Guidelines:
Supported Types: 📁 Only .mp4, .mov, .mp3, .mpga, .wav, flac file, aac files types are accepted.
Size:🚀 No restrictions on file size.
Duration: ⏱️ We recommend a video/audio file with a minimum of 90 seconds of spoken sections per speaker. For free trials, ensure a maximum duration of 2 minutes.
Speakers: 🔊 A minimum of 1 speaker is required. For optimal results, avoid overlapping speech among speakers.
Step 3: Add Basic Video Details 📝
Fill in the required fields:
Name of your project – Add a short, clear name. 🏷️
Source Language – Original language of the video. 🌐
Target Language(s) – Choose one or more languages to dub into. 🎙️
End to End Dubbing: Run the entire dubbing process in one go by enabling this option.
Step 4: Use Advanced Settings (Optional) ⚙️
Click the arrow to expand Advanced Editor settings:
General
Description – Explain what the video is about. 📄
Choose a folder to organize your files. 📂
Number of Speakers (Optional) – Tell the system how many people are speaking.🗣️
You can create and upload keywords to your workspace, then add them when uploading videos on the portal. Click here to learn more about keywords.
Custom Audio
Skip Source Separation
If your original audio is already clean (no heavy background noise or music), turn this on to skip splitting the audio into background and foreground.
It saves processing time.
Silent Background
This replaces any background sound or music with complete silence in the dubbed output.
Useful if you want only the voices, with no background noise at all.
Enable Overdubbing
This lets you add new voice layers on top of your original track.
It helps make the audio sound richer or more natural by blending both.
Background and Foreground Audio
You can upload your own music or sound effects for the background and foreground.
For example, you can add your own background score or ambient sounds.
Custom Script
Source Language SRT File
Upload the subtitle file (.srt) in the original language of your video.
Example: If your video is in English, upload the English SRT file here.
(Only .srt format is supported, up to 2 MB.)
Target Language for SRT Upload
Choose the language you want to dub or translate into.
Example: Select “Spanish” if you want your dubbed video in Spanish.
Target Language SRT File
Upload the translated subtitle file (.srt) in the target language you selected.
Example: If you’re dubbing into Spanish, upload the Spanish subtitle file here.

Step 5: Begin Dubbing 🎬
Click on "Begin Dubbing Project".👇
Wait while the file uploads and processes. ⏳
Note : 🚨 Do not close or refresh the page while uploading. This may stop the process.
Once processing is complete, the dubbing page opens automatically. You can edit, review, and download your dubbed video. 🎬
