What Are Keywords? šŸ“š

Complete Guide: How to Manage and Use It Effectively.

How Do They Help? šŸ“š

  • This section lets you upload and manage keyword files that can be linked to your projects (like dubbing or narration).

  • Keywords help the system recognize and handle specific terms, names, or phrases correctly during translation or dubbing.

Key Features:

  • Automate translations by automatically applying predefined terms—eliminating the need for manual corrections every time.

  • This is ideal for client-provided terminology, brand names, or technical vocabulary that must stay consistent.

  • You can include multiple keywords within a single translation and even add full phrases, not just individual words, for greater accuracy.

  • Keyword files can be shared across workspaces to simplify collaboration.

  • Create general keyword files for common topics such as sports or science, and custom keyword files tailored to client-specific terms or names.

What is the Keyword format? šŸ“˜

  • Upload a CSV or XLSX file.

  • Each row = a word or phrase

  • Each column = a language.

Use ISO language codes like:

  • ES_ES – Spanish (Spain)

  • HI_IN – Hindi (India)

  • DE_DE – German (Germany)
