❓ What is Transcription?

Transcription is the process of converting your audio content into text format.

Our tool generates transcription files in three formats:

  • .SRT (SubRip Subtitle)

  • .VTT (Web Video Text Tracks)

  • .TXT (Plain text)

❓ How does Transcription work?

Follow these simple steps to generate your transcription:

  1. Upload your file

  • Drag and drop your audio/video file, or click to upload it manually.

  • Supported file types include:

    . mp4, .mov, .mp3, .wav, .flac, .aac

2.Select the language

  • Choose the spoken language in the file to ensure accurate transcription.

3. Click on ‘Generate Transcription

  • This will begin the transcription process.

4. Wait for processing to complete

  • Once the transcription is ready, you’ll see a message:

  • ✅ “Text Output generated successfully”

❓ How long does transcription take?

  • The processing time depends on the file length and server load. Usually, it takes a few minutes.

  • After the transcription is complete, you will see options to "download" the output in the following formats:

📄 SRT, VTT, and TXT

Just click your preferred format to start the download.

❓ How do I access my previously transcribed files?

You can find your past transcriptions easily:

  • Go to Transcription > Titles

  • 🔍 Under each title, you’ll find your transcribed files ready for download.

  • Click to view or download the file in your preferred format

✅ Need to know:

  • Make sure your audio is clear for the best results

  • Choose the correct language to avoid misinterpretation

  • This feature supports audio files both
