Syncing Dubbing Dialogues with Subtitles & Converting Audio to Transcript.

Dubbing mode dialogues sync with subtitles mode

  • If you want to use the translated dialogues from Dubbing Mode without doing separate translations in Subtitles Mode, click the settings icon, select "Update Dialogues", and then click "Sync Subtitles".

  • Click “Confirm” to proceed. This will replace your current subtitles, and the change cannot be undone.


    Subtitles Settings

Subtitle Settings let you customize how your subtitles look and work. You can usually adjust:

  • Font style and size 🅰️ – Make the text easier to read.

  • Subtitle position ↕️ – Choose where subtitles appear on the screen.

  • Background color 🎨 – Add a box or shadow behind the text for better visibility.

  • Max. characters per line ✂️ – Limit the number of characters shown on each line to keep subtitles clear and easy to read. In the exported file, lines will be automatically cut when they reach the character limit.

    Click the settings icon, then select "Subtitle Settings" to update the font, position, background color, and number of characters per line. Then click on “Update” to save the changes made.


Convert your audio file into a transcript in .srt, .vtt, or .txt format as needed.

Go to the Home Page: Start by opening the platform and navigating to the Home page.


Find the Tools Section: On the Home page, look for the Tools section.
Select "Transcription": In the Tools section, click on the "Transcription" option. This will take you to the transcription page


Upload Your File: On the transcription page, you will see an upload area where you can add your media files. The platform supports files in the following formats: .mp4, .mov, .mp3, .wav, .flac, and .aac.

Choose the Language: Before generating the transcription, make sure to select the language spoken in the video or audio file.

Click "Generate Transcription": Once your file is uploaded and the language is selected, click the "Generate Transcription" button. The platform will then process your file and create a text transcript of the audio.

Download Your Desired Format: After the transcription is generated, you can choose to download it in the format you prefer—.srt, .vtt, or .txt.Select the format that best suits your needs.
