What is a Workspace?

A workspace is a shared place where a team can work together, manage projects, and organize videos or files. It's perfect for team collaboration.

🔧 How Do I Create a New Workspace in CAMB.ai?

You can create a workspace in just a few simple steps.

  1. Go to the top left corner, just above the Home menu.

  2. Click on the Current Workspace box.

  3. Select “New Workspace.”

  4. Give your workspace a name and a short description.

✅ This helps your team work together and manage tasks easily.

Can I share folders and videos with my team?

  • All folders and videos inside that workspace are visible to all its members.

  • Everyone you invite can access the projects once they join.


How can I add new members to my workspace?

  • Go to the Workspace Settings from the left-side panel.

  • Click on “Manage Members.”

  • Click “Add Members.”

  • Email Entry and Role Assignment:

    • 📧 Enter their email.

    • Choose their role:

      • Admin

      • User

  • Click “Send Invite.”

💡 You can invite people even if they don’t have an account yet. They can join once they sign up. 💡

Create new projects and manage dubbing or translation work.

Edit and generate AI translations and AI dubbing videos, but cannot create new projects.
