What is a Workspace?

A workspace is a shared place where a team can work together, manage projects, and organize videos or files. It's perfect for team collaboration.

🔧 How Do I Create a New Workspace in CAMB.ai?

You can create a workspace in just a few simple steps.

  1. Navigate to the bottom-left corner of the screen, below the menu panel.

  2. Click on your Workspace Profile.

  3. Select Add New Workspace.

  4. Enter a workspace name and include a brief description.

✅ This helps your team work together and manage tasks easily.

Can I share folders and videos with my team?

  • All folders and videos inside that workspace are visible to all its members.

  • Everyone you invite can access the projects once they join.


How can I add new members to my workspace?

  1. From the left-side panel, go to the Workspace Profile in the bottom-left corner.

  2. Click the Settings icon and open the Members panel.

  3. Select Add Members.

  4. Enter the member’s email ID and choose a role (Admin or User).

  5. Click Send Invite.

💡 You can invite people even if they don’t have an account yet. They can join once they sign up. 💡


🔑 What Are the Roles in a CAMB.ai Workspace?

👤 Owner

Add or remove members, assign roles, manage billing, create projects, edit videos and translations, create new workspaces, move projects between workspaces, and delete projects.

👤 Admin

Admins can create new projects, manage dubbing or translation tasks, lock projects, and download the final outputs.

👥 User

Users can edit and generate AI translations and AI-dubbed videos but cannot create new projects or download outputs.
