A workspace is a shared place where a team can work together, manage projects, and organize videos or files. It's perfect for team collaboration.
🔧 How Do I Create a New Workspace in CAMB.ai?
You can create a workspace in just a few simple steps.
Go to the top left corner, just above the Home menu.
Click on the Current Workspace box.
Select “New Workspace.”
Give your workspace a name and a short description.
✅ This helps your team work together and manage tasks easily.
❓Can I share folders and videos with my team?
All folders and videos inside that workspace are visible to all its members.
Everyone you invite can access the projects once they join.
❓How can I add new members to my workspace?
Click on “Manage Members.”
Click “Add Members.”
Email Entry and Role Assignment:
📧 Enter their email.
Choose their role:
Admin
User
Click “Send Invite.”
💡 You can invite people even if they don’t have an account yet. They can join once they sign up. 💡
🔑 What Are the Roles in a CAMB.ai Workspace?
Role | Permissions |
👤 Owner | Add/remove members, assign roles, manage billing, create projects, and edit videos/translations. |
👤 Admin | Create new projects and manage dubbing or translation work. |
👥 User | Edit and generate AI translations and AI dubbing videos, but cannot create new projects. |
