A workspace is a shared place where a team can work together, manage projects, and organize videos or files. It's perfect for team collaboration.
🔧 How Do I Create a New Workspace in CAMB.ai?
You can create a workspace in just a few simple steps.
Navigate to the bottom-left corner of the screen, below the menu panel.
Click on your Workspace Profile.
Select Add New Workspace.
Enter a workspace name and include a brief description.
✅ This helps your team work together and manage tasks easily.
❓Can I share folders and videos with my team?
All folders and videos inside that workspace are visible to all its members.
Everyone you invite can access the projects once they join.
❓How can I add new members to my workspace?
From the left-side panel, go to the Workspace Profile in the bottom-left corner.
Click the Settings icon and open the Members panel.
Select Add Members.
Enter the member’s email ID and choose a role (Admin or User).
Click Send Invite.
💡 You can invite people even if they don’t have an account yet. They can join once they sign up. 💡
🔑 What Are the Roles in a CAMB.ai Workspace?
Role | Permissions |
👤 Owner | Add or remove members, assign roles, manage billing, create projects, edit videos and translations, create new workspaces, move projects between workspaces, and delete projects. |
👤 Admin | Admins can create new projects, manage dubbing or translation tasks, lock projects, and download the final outputs. |
👥 User | Users can edit and generate AI translations and AI-dubbed videos but cannot create new projects or download outputs. |
