🔑 How Do I Add a New Member to My CAMB.ai Workspace?
Go to "Manage Members." Click on "Manage Members" in your CAMB.ai account. This is the first step to add anyone.
Click "Add Members." A new page will open. On this page, find and click the "Add Members" button.
There are two roles available: Admin and User.
Enter Email and Choose a Role. You need to type in the new member's email ID. Then, choose a role for them.
Admin🧑💼: An Admin has full access. They can upload, download, and edit AI translations and transcripts. Admins can also create folders and lock translations.
User🧑🤝🧑: A User has limited access. They can edit AI translations and transcripts. However, Users cannot upload or download projects. They also cannot create folders. Users cannot access locked translations.
✅Note:
Member Must Accept Invite. After you send the invite, the member must accept it. Their status will show as "Pending" until they accept. They will then get access to your CAMB.ai workspace.
Only the workspace Owner can delete projects or move them. The Owner can also change or remove member roles.

🧑💼 How Do I Change a Member's Role in CAMB.ai?
The workspace Owner can change member roles easily.
Go to "Manage Members." First, click on "Manage Members."
Select the Member's Email. Find and click on the email ID of the member you want to change.
Change the Role. Now, you can choose a different role for them. You can change them between User and Admin.
🧑🤝🧑 How Do I Remove a Member from My CAMB.ai Workspace?
You can remove a user if they no longer need access.
Go to "Manage Members." Navigate to the "Manage Members" section.
Click the Delete Icon. Next to the member's name, find and click the delete icon.
Confirm Removal.
Click "Remove User" to confirm. This will remove the member from your CAMB.ai workspace.
