Open our Help Center. Search for this icon at bottom left

You can search for existing help articles or interact with the chatbot for instant answers.
If you still can't find what you are looking for, navigate back to the Home page of the chatbot widget and Ask a question to the AI agent Dubsy or click on Create a ticket.
2. How to Create a support ticket or request technical assistance?

Ctrl + V) this info into the chat window, an email, or a text editor to share it with us.
Severity*
"Select how this issue impacts your work: Critical (cannot work at all), High(critical feature broken, but workaround exists), or Medium or Low (cosmetic glitch or small inconvenience)."
Email*
"Enter your account email address so our engineering team can contact you directly with updates or follow-up questions."
Bug Type*
"Choose the category that best matches your issue (e.g., Translation, Audio/Voice Issue, Platform (UI/Layout Glitch), Other (Account/Billing), Infra (Performance/Lag)."
File Upload
"Drag and drop or upload a screenshot or screen recording of the error. Visuals help our team fix the problem much faster!"
